Maturation – 8 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak Hogshead and Barrique Barrels.
Made using three Spanish varieties with similiar growth and ripening habits, each adding their unique stamp on the wine.

Mataro – 15 year old Vines/Ebenezer. Red/brown earth over deep red clays
Graciano – 9 year old Vines/Koonunga. Brownish Sandy loam over red clay
