A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from a quintessential Barossa Valley Cabernet vintage shows compelling aromas of cedar, dried currants and eucalypt.
Classically structured Cabernet with restrained flavours of red currant, mint and black tea; fine tannins and fresh acidity. Best served with grilled red meat, creamy and cheesy dishes.
Open Fermented – Hand Pump overs –Basket pressed – Hand plunged
Maturation – 20 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French and American Oak Hogshead Barrels.
15 Year Old vineyard at Ebenezer (Northern Barossa Valley).
Annual Rainful 500mm, 280metre Elevation.
Limited Production of 100 cases.
